Large kitchen with an island or bar? What school district? Is it important to have a front porch or a back deck with a staircase? Do you need a fenced backyard for pets or children? But it's very important to remember to keep it to a minimum of 4 houses or less in one night. Touring more than 3 or 4 homes at one time can be overwhelming and stressful. Five, be prepared for the unexpected. For example, if you put an offer on a house that you absolutely love, and it's a good deal, then chances are another prospective buyer has also placed a bid on that house as well. Do not be disappointed if your offer is rejected or someone else gets the house. Believe in coincidence and faith. Your perfect house is still waiting for you . . .
